About This Product
Continuous gas measurement is possible, and various materials are available including SUS316Ti and PVC (vinyl chloride). Our company handles volumetric flowmeters used for gas measurement. The metering drum inside the main body is divided into four spiral-structured chambers, and approximately 2/3 of the total volume of the drum is filled with sealing liquid (oil, water, etc.).
The gas flowing in from the back of the drum replaces the sealing liquid in the drum and pushes each chamber up in sequence. This volume movement becomes the power to rotate the metering drum, and this rotational motion is transmitted to the mechanical counter (integration counter) on the front of the main unit via the opposed magnetic coupling.
■Measurement principle
・Gas enters the first measuring chamber from the central gas introduction pipe.
・The first measuring chamber is filled with a volume of gas and floats.
・The first weighing chamber is completely filled.
・Next, the second measuring chamber begins to be filled with gas.
・Continuous gas measurement is possible by repeating this operation sequentially.
