■ Overview / features [ADC_3112] 4 channel 12bit ADC The ADC_3112 is a Vita 57.1-2008 form factor module equipped with a 4-channel 12-bit 900 (1,000) MSPS ADC or 2-channel 12-bit 1,800 (2,000) MSPS ADC function. This high -density, low -power GSPS class ADC FMC can over sampling of 1,000 msps or more with the minimum resolution to ADS5409, the latest generation of TI's latest generation ADC. Four analog inputs are implemented via two SSMC high -frequency connectors that can be configured as a DC coupling differential or single end. The LT6409 high -speed (> 1GHz) preamplifier (> 1GHz) preamp stage supplies analog signals to the ADS5409 device and analog trigger function. The onboard clock tree is implemented with high -precision LMK04803B. The reference clock source can be selected from the front panel SSMC Clkref input, on -board ultra -low phase noise XCO/VCXO, Vita57.1 "CLK0_C2M" LVDS signal. To support dual device interleaves and provide double sampling frequencies (1,800/2,000 msps), Pico-Second resolution Programmable Clock Delay has been introduced to the ADC Clock Pass.
