■ Overview / features ・ AGILEX ™ FPGA CARD with PCIE GEN5 X16 ・ CXL Support and Optional Hard Crypto Blocks The IA-780I is an Intel Agilex 7 I series FPGA card designed to address the security issues of data centers, networking, and edge computing workloads. The FPGA has an optional enhanced high -speed encryption engine. Standard height, 3/4 long card uses two QSFP-DD, DDR4 SDRAM SODIMM, and PCIe Gen5 X16 with a PCIe Gen5 X16 that supports CXL, to I/O. And provide the balance of memory to various applications. IA-780i supports Intel ONEAPI. This enables abstract development flows for reuse of cords that are significantly simplified between multiple architectures. ■ Specifications: FPGA 1.
