■ Overview XILINX Ultrascale+ 3/4 Length PCIE board (HBM2 support). XUP-VVH is a Ultrascale+ VU35P/37P FPGA-based PCIE card that is ideal for high-density data center applications that require high memory bands. Ultrascale+ FPGA helps avoid I/O bottlenecks with HBM2 tiles that support up to 8Gbytes memory at 460Gbytes/Sec. Ultrascale+ vu37p has many logic elements and offers surprising performance, but it is difficult to manage power and heat. XUP-VVH solves this task on the Bittware Viper platform. ■ Specifications: QSFP cage ・ 4 QSFP28 (ZQSFP) cage of the front panel connected directly to FPGA via 16 transceivers ・ Each supports 100GBE, 40GBE, 4x25GBE, 4x10GBE, and combines it with 400GBE.
