Model Description
■ Overview XUP-P3R is a 3/4LENGTH PCIE X16 card based on XILINX Virtex Ultrascale+ FPGA. Ultrascale+devices provide high -performance, high -band width, and low delay in systems that require a large amount of data flow and packet processing. This board offers a four front panel QSFP cage that supports up to 512GByte, advanced clocking, extensive memory configuration, and 100Gbps (4x25), including 100GBE. Board Management Controller (BMC) for advanced system monitoring is also incorporated, ensuring that the integration and management of platforms are significantly simplified. The serial extension port (SEP) allows you to extend the XUPP3R, connect to additional PCIE GEN3 X16 slots, additional 4 QSFP, or two XUPP3Rs. ■ Main characteristics ・ 4x100GBE by 4 QSFP28 ・ Up to 512GBYTESDDR4 ・ Up to VU9P: 2.5 million LCFPGA made by Zairinx ■ Specifications: QSFP cage ・ 4 QSFP28 (ZQSFP) cage of the front panel connected directly to FPGA via 16 transceivers ・ Each supports 100GBE, 40GBE, 4x25GBE, 4x10GBE, and combines it with 400GBE.
