Model Description
4.20V / 4.35V / 4.40V Compatible battery temperature detection function 1 cell LI battery linear charger IC ■ Characteristics XC6808 is a linear charger IC for 1 cell Li ion battery and LI polymer battery. Since the discharge current from the battery after charging is completed to 0.1UA (standard), it is possible to use low power consumption equipment operating with small batteries for longer. This IC is compatible with temperature control according to JEITA, and can be charged safely by controlling the charging voltage and charging current according to the temperature. The rechargeable system is charged in the order of the constant voltage (CONSTANT-VOLTAGE: CV) charging / constant current (CC) charging, and the basic charging cycle is charged in the order of trickle charging mode and main charging mode. In addition, by connecting a resistor to the charging status output terminal, the charging status can be confirmed by the same terminal voltage. The package is implemented in a small and low back USP-6b07, and it is possible to configure a charging circuit with minimal external parts.
