CV Charging Charging IC for secondary battery IC (0.8 μA ultra -low consumption regulator) ■ Characteristics The XC6240 series is a regulator that has achieved an ultra -low current consumption of 0.8 μA, which can be used to charge the secondary battery corresponding to CV (CONSTANT VOLTAGE) charging. It is internally fixed to the output voltage corresponding to the CV voltage of the secondary battery. By adding a diode to the input side, the sink current from the secondary battery to the regulator can be suppressed to 0.24 μA, which greatly contributes to the length of the battery -drive time without charging. 。 With the CE function, the output of the regulator can be turned off and stopped. It is possible to significantly reduce current consumption when IC stops. The package is a lineup of SSOT-24, USPN-4, USP-6B06, and is ideal for mobile devices that require high-density implementation and smart cards that require thin type.
