Model Description

1A output current Push Button Intelligent Road Switch ■ Characteristics The XC6194 series is a Push Button road switch with optimal function around the battery. The built -in high -side switch is turned on in Push Button (A type is also OFF), and it can be OFF by signal from MCU to SHDN terminal. By entering the "L" signal from the Push Button mounted on the device, the high-side switch becomes Turn-ON and is maintained. In Turn-OFF, enter 1 pulse of "H" level from the MCU etc. to the SHDN terminal. This makes it easy to realize the main SW of the main power supply of battery -driven equipment (*1). Since the leak current at the time of shutdown is very small at 10NA (Typ.), It is useful not only for the main power supply SW application, but also for suppressing battery discharge during long -term storage after shipment. The A type enables emergency forced OFF by pressing and holding Push Button. Therefore, OFF when the device freezes is also possible. The B type can only be OFF with the SHDN terminal. In addition to this function, the output capacitors will be used in the output capacitor entry current prevention soft start function and the output short circuit protection function, so we will realize an intelligent road SW. (*1) Complete the preparation for safely shutting down, enter a signal from the MCU etc. to the SHDN terminal and turn it off.
