Model Description
Voltage detector with watch dog ON/OFF function ■ Characteristics The XC6121 series is a voltage detector with a CMOS process that realizes high accuracy and low -current consumption, a watchdog ON/OFF function. Watch dog timeout time and unlocking time are set by the internal fixation, so you can configure a monitoring system without external parts. By adding an EN/ENB terminal to the conventional product, the voltage detector can be functioned while the voltage detector can be functioned only. The detected voltage can be selected in the 0.1V step in a fixed range of 1.6V to 5.0V.
