External condenser delay type voltage detector ■ Characteristics The XC6129 series is a voltage detector with an ultra -small, high -precision external condenser type delay function. High accuracy and low current consumption are realized by adopting CMOS processes, high -precision reference power supply, and laser trimming technology. A built -in delay circuit is built -in, and the release delay time/detection delay time can be set depending on the value of the external capacitor connected to the CD terminal. The CD terminal can also be used as a manual reset terminal. There are two types of output forms, CMOS output and NCH Open Dream Output, and the CMOS output B/D/F type is equipped with an indefinite operation prevention function, and the power input terminal voltage is less than the minimum operating voltage. Suppress the voltage to 0.4V (Max.) And below. In addition, the output logic at the time of detection can be selected, ideal for all electronic devices that use the microcomputer.
