Model Description
Voltage detector with manual reset function ■ Characteristics The XC6117 series is a voltage detector with a manual reset function of the CMOS process that realizes high accuracy and low current consumption. The interior consists of a reference voltage source, delayed circuit, comparator, and output driver circuit. Due to the built -in delay circuit, output a signal with a delay time without external parts. In addition, the reset signal is output at any timing with a manual reset function. There are two types of output types: VDFL (L level at the time of detection) and VDFH (H level at the time of detection). The detected voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 1.6V to 5.0V by laser trimming. You can select 7 types from 3.13 ms to 1.6s for unlocking time.
