Sense terminal separation ultra -low consumption (44NA) voltage detector ■ Characteristics The XC6135 series is a voltage detector for ultra -low consumption, high accuracy, and sense of terminal separation. High accuracy and ultra -low current consumption are realized by adopting CMOS processes, high -precision reference power supply, and laser trimming technology. The sense terminal and the power input terminal are separated, and it is possible to monitor the voltage of the separate power supply, and even if the voltage of the monitoring power is reduced to 0V, the output is kept in the detected state and it is not undefined. Sense terminals are also suitable for detecting low voltage and can be detected from 0.5V. In addition to the ultra-small low-back USPQ-4B05, SSOT-24 and SOT-25 are prepared, allowing small-size and high-density implementation with mobile devices. In addition, a UVLO circuit is installed to minimize the floating (indefinite operation) of the resetb terminal with the VIN voltage less than the minimum operating voltage.
