2ch increase/polarity inverted DC/DC converter ■ Characteristics The XC9519 series is a high clock 2ch increase/polarity inverted DC/DC converter IC. One DC/DC converter functions as a higher -pressure DC/DC converter, and the other functions as a polarity inverted DC/DC converter. Compression DC/DC converters can be set up to 18V with external parts compared to the 1.0V built -in reference voltage with the FBP voltage (accuracy ± 1.5%). The polarity inverted DC/DC converter can be set up to -15V by comparing the difference between the reference voltage and the FBN voltage (accuracy ± 1.5%) with the GND. The switching frequency is as high as 1.2MHz, and the external parts can be reduced. In the operation mode, you can select PWM control and PWM/PFM automatic switching control depending on the MODE terminal. PWM/PFM automatic switching control achieves high efficiency in the total load area from light load to large output current by shifting from PWM control to PFM control during light load. The PWM control is fixed because the switching frequency is fixed, so the noise can be easily damaged. This allows you to select the optimal operation mode for the application. The soft start function and current restriction function are optimized inside. At the time of standby, the current consumption is reduced to 1.0 μA or less by stopping all circuits. It has a built-in load cut control circuit, and it is possible to easily cut the load during standby by attaching the P-CH MOS FET. With the GAINP terminal and the GAINN terminal, external compensation can be performed for the optimal load transient response. The UVLO (UNDER VOLTAGE LOCK OUT) function is built -in, and in the input voltage of 2.2V or less, the internal driver trangista is forced off.
