■ Characteristics
The XC9516 series can supply three voltage required for the TFT-LCD panel. The three voltage that can be supplied is composed of two diode charge pumps, which are raised for source drivers, DC/DC converters, and positive and negative diode charge pumps for gate drivers.
In addition, it has a rising sequence, and when the output voltage rises, it is designed to keep the entry current low. Pressure DC/DC output can be used for rising sequence by adding P channel FET to external. And this FET allows you to block the path with the input power supply line when the CE terminal is LOW.
