Model Description
Synchronous rectifier Passifier DC/DC converter × 2+VD ■ Characteristics The XC9515 series consists of a 2ch synchronous rectifier Passifier DC-DC and a delayed VD. The DC-DC is a 0.35Ω (Typ.) PCH driver TR, and a DC/DC converter of the anti-pressure synchronous rectifier with a built-in NCH synchronous rectification switch TR. By reducing the on -resistance of the built -in TR, you can supply high -efficiency and stable current to up to 800mA. The switching frequency is as high as 1MHz, so you can select a small inductor. The UVLO (UNDER VOLTAGE LOCK OUT) function is built -in, and the input voltage 1.8V or less (XC9515A is 2.7V or less) is forcibly turned off the internal driver TR. Built -in voltage detector, an external condenser allows you to set any delay time. In addition, the reset signal is output at any timing with a manual reset function.
