2ch antihypertensive/polarity inverted DC/DC controller ■ Characteristics The XC9505 series is a general -purpose high clock 2ch antihypertensive/polarity inverted DC/DC controller IC of PWM, PWM/PFM external switching control. One DC/DC controller functions on the other hand as the Polar -Police DC/DC controller (1ch part), and the other is a polarity inverted DC/DC controller (2ndch part). The Passionate DC/DC controller of the 1st ch part has a built -in 0.9V reference voltage source (accuracy ± 2.0%) and can be set up from an external component to about 0.9V to 6V. The polarity inverted DC/DC controller of the 2ch part has a built -in 0.9V reference voltage source (accuracy ± 2.0%), and the negative voltage can be set arbitrarily with external parts. The switching frequency is as high as 180kHz, and the external parts can be reduced. We will also provide custom 300kHz and 500kHz. It is possible to switch to PWM control or PWM/PFM automatic switching control at an external signal. The PWM/PFM automatic switching control operates from PWM control to PFM control during light load, so that high efficiency is achieved in all load areas from light load to large output current. PWM control can easily damage the noise because the switching frequency is fixed. You can select the optimal operation mode for the application. The soft start time is set to 10ms inside only the first chord, which prevents overshots of rush of input current and output voltage when standing.
