Model Description
Hae Leus designs and assembles UV -curing systems for round, square, and other shapes, rubber hoses, plastic tubes, and other linear products. In general, pipes and products move horizontally in the curing chamber with a clever UV lamp on the outer periphery so that the entire surface outside the pipe can be cured. As the diameter and shape of the pipe increase, the number of lamps required increases. ■ Characteristics ・ A UV irradiation device arranged in a row or multilinated radial is possible ・ A rotating stainless steel shutter to protect the lamp mechanically can be used. Shutter with air pressure driving is also possible ・ Motor -type lifting system for moving lamps to the various products size ・ Mechanism to open and close the hinges at the top of the UV device so that you can access the cured chamber for maintenance ・ To contain additional light, you can use silicone profile seats at the product entrance and exit. ・ Welding steel structure, powdered paint
