Feature ◼︎3 -inch, 4 inch wakeha It is an artificial crystal manufactured in the optimal size according to the crystal wafer size for SAW device. We provide two wafer size for 3 inches and 4 inches. ◼ ︎ 可能 様 々 々 々 々 々 々 々 々 The design of the SAW device varies in wafer cutting angle. The smaller the cutting angle (θ), the larger the Z dimension of the artificial crystal is required. We manufacture artificial crystals that can support various wafer cutting angles. ◼︎ High quality By using a species crystal with a small dislusive position, the etch channel (penetrating hole) of the species crystal part that has an adverse effect in the photoliso process is reduced to the limit. The foreign substance density and the α3585 value will satisfy the grade of II and C grade specified in the artificial crystal and quality standard "JIS C 6704", respectively.
