Model Description

■ Features The impurities concentration of the performance, the linear defect density, and the inclusion density are kept low in the performance. It is a top -class high -purity product in all items in the grade in the artificial crystal and quality standard "JIS C 6704". Compared to the artificial crystal for crystal vibration, the infrared absorption coefficient α3585 is small, and a stable frequency temperature characteristic is obtained. The impurities content is lower than that of standard products.
