NSXe Co. LTD. is a Japanese company founded in 1968, specializing in mechanical equipment installation and maintenance services. Its primary customers are automotive manufacturers and their suppliers, particularly in production engineering and facility maintenance. The company developed the Wi-Fi vibration sensor "Conan Air," enabling fully automated vibration measurement to predict failures in rotating machinery and other equipment. While vibration-based predictive maintenance has a long history, it traditionally relied on manual measurements, and fully automated systems were limited to critical equipment due to high costs. NSXe made automated measurement cost-effective for numerous points and enhanced data utilization with IoT and other platforms, enabling AI applications through partnerships. This products won the TPM Excellence Award for Outstanding Products from the Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance in 2020.
