Overview
BDC Inc., after an employee buyout of The Brandwine Equipment Co. in 1976, which had been operating since 1945, was established as a dedicated distributor of commercial-grade burners, accessories, and parts for numerous industries, including food and beverage, agriculture, and automotive.
In 1990, the company was acquired by Charlie Roth and launched engineered-custom burner solutions. Today, BDC Inc. operates out of its 25,000-square-foot facilities in St. Louis County, Missouri. In 2014, the company acquired R. L. Weisheimer & Associates to increase its product line with flow, pressure, and level sensing devices and control valve solutions.
