About This Product
■Device overview
The foreign material checker MAT-10 is a device designed for the purpose of testing for foreign material contamination. The sensor can be installed in the line and the workpiece to be inspected can be passed through the sensor.
■Features
・Quickly detects metal parts of the same shape and dimensions (bearing outer and inner rings, rod-shaped and pipe-shaped parts) that are made of different materials.
・To judge the target workpiece (sample), simply pass it through the sensor.
・Easy to operate, with only the HI⇔LOW sensitivity selector switch and the volume on the front panel to set the discrimination.
・Achieving low prices.
-Can be used to prevent foreign materials from entering after turning the outer and inner rings of bearings, etc., and to determine whether or not automotive parts (shaft-shaped products, gears, clutches, etc.) have been hardened.
・In-line installation is possible and 100% inspection is possible. Ideal for quality control processes.

・Detection of presence or absence of quenching (automotive parts shaft-shaped products: determination of presence or absence of quenching of clutches, etc., hardness difference determination)
