About This Product
■Device overview
This is a device that uses an AE sensor to instantly detect when an abnormality occurs, such as bearing damage during bearing rotation. You can check the AE signal generated when a bearing abnormality occurs on the waveform monitor screen on the front of the main unit.
■Bearing abnormality monitoring device using AE sensor
AE is an acronym for Acoustic Emission, and its physical meaning is the acoustic radiation energy released when a solid object (such as a metal bearing material) deforms or breaks. The frequency is widely distributed from several kHz to several MHz.
This device performs high frequency analysis and waveform processing of 350kHz or higher to generate the detection signal. It is highly reliable and is not affected by machine vibration.
■Features
・AE (Acoustic Emission) wave energy that occurs when bearing abnormalities (such as when cracks occur) can be checked on the waveform monitor on the front of the main unit.
-Special processing is performed on the AE signal, so it is not affected by external noise or vibration.
- Can be easily installed on existing machines.

- Equipped with sensor cable disconnection detection function.
