It instantly detects the moment a crack or chipping occurs in a tool (die) on a rolling machine, achieving zero process defects.
■Dice damage detection using AE sensor
AE is an acronym for Acoustic Emission, and its physical meaning is acoustic emission caused by the deformation and breakage of solid objects (such as dies and mandrels).
This is the acoustic radiation energy that is released. The frequency is widely distributed from several kHz to several MHz.
This device performs high frequency analysis and waveform processing of 350kHz or higher to generate the detection signal.
It is highly reliable and is not affected by machine vibration.

・Reliably detects the point at which damage such as chipping or cracking occurs in tools (dies, mandrels) during rolling (screws, gears) or pressure processing.
Detection prevents the production of defective workpieces and is ideal for quality control.
・Detection settings can be made with a single volume control on the front panel, so operation is easy.
-Special processing is applied to the AE signal, so it is not affected by machine vibrations, noise, etc.
- Can be easily installed on existing machines.
・The sensor cord has a disconnection detection function.
