A one-of-a-kind product. This is a long-distance laser distance sensor with flameproof and explosion-proof performance that can be used safely even in Class 1 hazardous locations. Ideal for measuring position, displacement, and level in explosion-proof areas.
■Features
- Can measure distances of 50m with high precision without contact.
・It has explosion-proof performance (JIS standard ExdⅡCT6) that can be used even in the most severe environments (hydrogen and acetylene) as a pressure-resistant explosion-proof product.
・Visible light laser allows you to visually confirm the position of the measurement point, so the reliability of measurement is outstanding.
・Even in narrow spaces such as gaps and piping, as long as the laser spot reaches you, you can perform pin-spot measurements without interfering with structures.
- There are three sensor models available with different external outputs: RS-232C output type, RS-422 output type, and 4-20mA output type.
・The measurement distance does not deviate even after years of use, so there is no need to readjust it, reducing running costs.

・Level measurement of chemical reaction tanks, methane fermentation tanks, sludge tanks, floating roof storage tanks, gas holders, etc. in chemical, pharmaceutical, and steel plants.
・Position measurement of cranes, trolleys, robots, etc. operating in explosion-proof areas

・Inner space displacement measurement in shield construction where natural gas is generated
