About This Product
This is a cellulose nanofiber aqueous dispersion obtained by processing bacterial cellulose gel using only physical processing. It can be used as an additive to thicken and improve strength in various fields.
■ Adding viscosity
Viscosity can be added to the material by adding Mi-Cell®. Compared to existing thickeners, it can develop approximately 8 to 80 times the viscosity when left standing. In addition, when a shearing force such as stirring is applied, the viscosity decreases rapidly, and when stirring is stopped, the viscosity increases again.It can be easily mixed with other materials, and exhibits high viscosity when left still.
■Emulsifying performance
Adding Mi-Cell® to substances that separate, such as water and oil, creates an emulsifying effect. It can be used as an environmentally friendly surfactant derived from fermentation.
■Mi-Cell® lineup
Mi-Cell® has a lineup of regular types and high-grade products with improved dispersibility of cellulose in water.
