About This Product
Gel base sheet is a self-adhesive sheet made of special urethane gel that holds precision parts. One side is adhesive, so you can stick it on your tray. You can choose from two types of adhesive strength.
■Can be picked up without a vacuum device
The mesh type has an uneven surface, so it can be picked up without a vacuum device.
■Does not transfer glue to parts
Self-adhesive gel is used on the loading surface and no adhesive is used, so glue will not transfer to the parts.
■Can be attached to your own tray
You can cut it and stick it on your tray.
■Can be cut to your desired size
You can cut it to your desired size using scissors or a roller cutter.
■No plasticizer or silicone used
Since no plasticizer or silicone is used, there is no transfer to the product.
▼Cleaning method
If it gets dirty, you can wash it with water and use it repeatedly.
