About This Product
The A and A+ models of the Qness 250/750/3000 EVO hardness tester series are the pinnacle of automatic hardness testing. Fully automated 3-axis control allows testing of samples with different test heights. Additionally, the powerful asynchronous motor on the Z-axis allows you to safely clamp samples up to 3,200 kg.

■XLED Brinell evaluation lens
The XLED lighting module revolutionizes the analysis of Brinell indentations. Commercially available lenses exhibit beading, which can lead to inaccurate measurements, especially with soft Brinell impressions. In contrast, XLED lenses provide direct and wide-area illumination, enabling accurate and reproducible measurements regardless of material type or hardness.
■Excellent image quality
The optical system of the new hardness tester "EVO" series has been completely redeveloped. The optical system is installed inside the QATM factory's clean room and leverages QATM's comprehensive expertise. All hardness testers in the new series share a universal microscope system that covers all required visual ranges from 0.1 mm to 8 mm with maximum clarity and contrast.
The QATM system provides uniform illumination across the image, ensuring no dark edges, regardless of magnification.
■Ethernet industrial color camera
High quality CMOS 5 megapixel camera and Ethernet data transfer are the current industry standard. Unlike other camera systems, much higher transmission stability is possible here. Additionally, the PC and hardness testing machine can be installed far away from each other. This is ideal for manufacturing environments where the control infrastructure is located in an external switch cabinet.
