About This Product

QATM's new Brinell/Knoop/Rockwell/Vickers hardness tester series EVO combines extremely short cycle times with maximum accuracy. The distinctive "C" shaped machine frame gives rise to the name of the CS and C versions of the Qness 250/750/3000 EVO series. The proven concept with a fixed test head and an up-and-down spindle has been the standard for hardness testing for decades, and includes model "C" and , the even more compact model "CS" with a maximum test height of 175 mm is ideal for small specimens. 8 position tool changer ■Change test methods quickly Hardness tests such as Brinell, Knoop, Rockwell, and Vickers can be performed. The sophisticated tool changer concept with a 15° rotation axis allows eight tools to be stored in one unique and compact unit. The down holder element, which has a closed shape on three sides, can securely secure the workpiece around the test point, even for small specimens. Unique equipment features ■Examination table with adjustable height Adjustable with play-free roller bearing spindle guide ■Rotatable down holder No more time-consuming tool changes due to hard-to-reach test positions. The patented down holder can be manually swiveled in and out (motor required). Additionally, the retainer material can be easily replaced and adjusted to suit the user's components. ■Can be used with various types of test benches and test stands With a wide variety of testing anvils and prisms, it is possible to test the hardness of large, spherical, and uneven test surfaces. ■2-position tool holder All EVO series 250/750/3000 hardness testers come standard with two tool clamps. With space for a test head and lens or XLED, it is simple and affordable, making it ideal for constant testing requirements. ■High-speed indenter exchange system The indenter's quick release mechanism allows for easy indenter replacement without tools.
