In developing the Qness 200 unit, we paid particular attention to: Maximum performance with minimum effort. Fully automatic XY slide ensures high precision hardness testing. It is also ideal for fully automated repeated and progressive testing. The optical system with color camera always provides highly reproducible and reliable results.
Operation from an external PC system is based on the easy-to-use hardness testing software Qpix Control 2, which offers benefits such as automatic height adjustment, non-contact exploration and CAD compatibility.

■XLED Brinell evaluation lens
The XLED lighting module revolutionizes the analysis of Brinell indentations. Commercially available lenses exhibit beading, which can lead to inaccurate measurements, especially for soft Brinell impressions. XLED lenses, on the other hand, provide direct and wide-area illumination, ensuring accurate and reproducible measurement results, regardless of material type and hardness.
■Rotatable down holder
Eliminates the need for lengthy tool changes, even in difficult-to-access test positions. The down holder can be rotated manually. Additionally, the clamping element can be easily replaced and adapted to your part.
