About This Product
The TP 1900 (19-inch) can store 20 unique heat treatment programs in up to 25 segments. The furnace is operated by automatic programming using a touch panel interface and records all process and operating data. It is also possible to create a csv file for further analysis and evaluation. Remote maintenance is also possible.

・Automatic program configuration
-Use automation software for more complex hydrogen processing. The CC-IPC1900 is supplemented with an industrial PC equipped with standard Windows software.
The system is based on the industrial standard Siemens F-PLC, ensuring complete safety even in hydrogen applications.
- Pre-programmed fully automated leak testing under overpressure and vacuum.
・Full visualization of the furnace with a 19-inch touch panel is mainly suitable for fully equipped units and when using hydrogen (5% or more).
