About This Product
The thermocouple calibration electric furnace (PTC) is a portable electric furnace that can calibrate thermocouples using the comparative method.
■Standard specifications
・Maximum normal temperature 1,200℃
・High temperature stability over a wide temperature range from 400℃ to 1,150℃.
- Thermocouples up to 7.5mm in diameter can be used.
・You can easily compare the temperatures of the heater temperature measurement thermocouple and the reference thermocouple on two displays.
・PID temperature control and temperature display in 1℃ increments
・Specially designed furnace structure provides much better temperature distribution than similarly sized electric furnaces
・The metal working tube is grounded for safety when it is a mineral thermocouple covered with a metal sheath.
・Fast temperature rise and high stability make it suitable for use in the laboratory or on the go.
-A very convenient portable type that has all the functions necessary for thermocouple calibration work.
■Options
・At the time of factory shipment, we can issue a certificate regarding the error between the temperature inside the working pipe and the displayed temperature at 700℃, 900℃, and 1,100℃.
・We can also issue a UKAS calibration record certificate according to the customer's desired temperature.
