About This Product

The compact design of the LHT High Temperature Research Furnace Series makes it an ideal tool for research and development laboratories. The cylindrical chamber of an LHT electric furnace is surrounded by a heating element and insulation, which are housed in a water-cooled container. The LHT's space-saving design makes it an ideal structure for small samples. All systems of the electronic cabinet, including the furnace body and the software control panel, are fixed in a single frame. The frame is equipped with casters and can be easily moved. These characteristics make LHT ideal for business areas such as universities and industrial research institutes. The space-saving design and easy operation provide a cost-effective system without compromising temperature uniformity or a high-quality gas atmosphere. The cylindrical chamber is also compatible with pressurized heat treatment processes and can be equipped with the necessary equipment, including an interlock mechanism for safe operation up to 100 bar, if required. The LHTG uses a graphite heating element and insulation, and is temperature controlled by a pyrometer. A thermocouple to prevent overheating is a highly recommended option for unattended operation. The maximum temperature under an argon atmosphere is 3,000℃, and temperature measurement at such high temperatures is done with a pyrometer, but since it cannot detect low temperatures, it is used in combination with a thermocouple that slides out when the temperature rises. will be done. ■Standard specifications ・Small design for laboratories ・High vacuum quality ・Ultimate vacuum <5x10-6mbar ・Partial pressure 10-1,000mbar ・Pressurization up to 100bar ・Graphite high temperature top loader up to 3,000℃ ・Hydrogen partial pressure mode if necessary ・Exhaust speed controlled vacuum pump suitable for using powder ・Data recording for quality control
