About This Product
HTBL MO/HTBL W is a bottom loading furnace system using metal insulation and heating elements. The metal furnace is offered with a volume of 60 liters. The HTBL 60 MO/16-1G has a maximum temperature of 1,600°C and uses a molybdenum radiation shield and heating element. The HTBL 60 W/22-1G has a maximum temperature of 2,200°C and uses a tungsten radiation shield and heating element.
The metal version of HTBL is suitable for producing the purest atmosphere and highest working vacuum levels.
HTBL type furnaces have the distinct advantage of being easy to transport and transport. Once the hearth is lowered, the sample can be accessed from all directions without restriction. Loading, especially for delicate samples, is very easy and user-friendly. Additionally, the sample thermocouple can be installed at a predetermined position within the furnace. Retorts can also be used with HTBL.
Loading area movement is fully automated by hydraulic arms. After the loading area reaches its lowest position, the user can manually rotate the loading platform outwards by 90°.
Nitrogen, argon, and hydrogen gases can be used as pure or mixed gases. Other gases can also be introduced upon request. In the furnace, a slight overpressure or a controlled partial pressure can be used to ensure a defined gas flow rate. It cannot be operated on air. Various dosing and control devices control all gases.
Depending on the degree of vacuum required, vacuum pumps are specially configured depending on the application or on demand. Temperature is independently controlled to achieve maximum uniformity.
