About This Product
The TSO rotary (oscillating) tube furnace series incorporates high-quality heating elements and an innovative insulation design to deliver first-class performance while reducing both case temperature and power consumption.
The TSO tube furnace body is divided into two parts and hinged at the rear. Pneumatic dampers on both ends provide smooth opening and closing action. Since the furnace can be opened, the reaction vessel can be easily attached and detached.
TSO rotary (oscillating) tube furnaces are specially designed for processing or testing powder or granular materials at high temperatures. A quartz container is installed inside the furnace into which the material is placed. A variable speed drive system rotates the vessel 315° within the heating zone to generate a rocking motion. Optional accessory packages are available with a choice of standard or grooved containers, and a choice of atmospheric or gaseous atmospheres.

■TSO rotary (oscillating) tube furnaces come standard with Ethernet communication and a 24-segment programmable controller.
・The 1 zone type is equipped with Carbolite Gero EPC3016P1.
・The 3-zone type is equipped with the Carbolite Gero CC-T1 touch screen controller.
■Modifying atmosphere
TSO rotary (oscillating) tube furnaces can be equipped with gas connections to accommodate gas displacement.
