About This Product
Carbolite Gero's high temperature tube furnace HTRH can be used horizontally at temperatures up to 1,800℃. High-quality insulation with low thermal conductivity provides low energy consumption and fast heating. The insulation and molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating element are housed in a rectangular housing.
The heating element is vertically suspended and therefore easy to replace. At high temperatures and in the presence of oxygen, it forms an oxide layer (SiO2) that protects the heater element from thermal and chemical corrosion. The 3-zone tube furnace (HTRH-3) provides higher heat uniformity compared to single-zone products. These models are equipped with dedicated thermocouples and temperature controllers for each heating zone, making them especially useful for preheating the gases required for reactions in the system.
HTRH does not have a built-in working tube. Select the working tube as an additional accessory. The length of the working tube will vary depending on the application and will vary depending on the modified atmosphere and whether or not a vacuum is used.

-Choose heating length from 100, 150, 250, 300, 600, 900mm
・Uses ceramic fiber insulation material with high insulation performance
・Uses high-quality molybdenum disilicide heater element
・Rectangular housing shape ideal for convection cooling
・Heating area is single zone or 3 zones
・The furnace body and control box are connected with a 3m cable with a plug and socket connection.
■Options
- Work pipes made of various materials can be used depending on the application.
・To prevent heat loss and improve temperature distribution, we recommend using a termination plug and a radiant heat shield.
・It is possible to select parts that can be used in a gas atmosphere or vacuum environment.
・Vacuum heating can be performed by selecting the most suitable vacuum pump from dry pumps and turbomolecular pumps according to the degree of vacuum.
・Oxygen sensor for inert gas package
