About This Product
FHC (3-zone) tube furnaces can be used vertically or horizontally and have a maximum operating temperature of 1,350°C. A wide range of accessories are available for the F series tube furnaces. The furnace consists of a ceramic fiber module with a high quality 5mm APM wire heating element attached to the insulation and held in place by a ceramic retaining ridge.
Ceramic fiber insulation with low thermal mass allows for low energy consumption and fast heating. A high-grade S-type thermocouple is used as the control thermocouple. In addition, the tube furnace is available with up to eight heating zones for the most precise temperature control and uniformity.

・Maximum normal temperature 1,250℃ (Maximum operating temperature 1,350℃)
・24 segment programmable temperature controller. FHC is equipped with CC-T1
・Overheating prevention device
・The maximum outer diameter of the working pipe is 110mm.
・Heater length is 200, 500, 750, 1,000, 1,250mm
・Uses ceramic fiber insulation material with high insulation performance
■Options
・A wide range of working tube diameters and materials can be selected. For example, there are working tubes made of materials such as quartz, ceramics, and metal.
・Insulating plug and radiation shield (radiant heat shield) prevent heat loss and maintain high uniformity
・It is possible to select parts that can be used in a gas atmosphere or vacuum environment.
・Vacuum heating can be performed by selecting the most suitable vacuum pump from dry pumps and turbomolecular pumps according to the degree of vacuum.
・Oxygen sensor for inert gas package
