About This Product
The large chamber furnace LCF series is a large general-purpose electric furnace with a durable structure. It is durable and has a long lifespan, using galvanized steel plates to prevent corrosion. The outer panel of the electric furnace has a double-walled chamber wall with effective insulation, which ensures a safe temperature even when the furnace is in use. The 1,200°C model uses an extra-thick spiral heating element, and the 1,400°C model uses a silicon carbide heating element.
The heating elements are mounted on the top and bottom and protected by silicon carbide tile heathers. Based on this series, various custom specifications can be added. A typical example is the more advanced control systems and data logging required for applications such as Nadcap's AMS 2750F heat treatment.
We also offer solutions that can handle higher loads than standard machines, assist in loading and unloading the furnace, and increase chamber size.
■Standard specifications
・Normal operating temperature 1,150℃ (maximum temperature 1,200℃), normal operating temperature 1,400℃ (maximum temperature 1,400℃)
・Programmable 8-segment temperature controller EPC3016P1
・Overheating prevention device
・Good temperature distribution and temperature control
・Strong structure made of hollow steel plate and galvanized steel plate
・Adopts a double structure to prevent burns caused by contact with external wall panels
・Vertical opening/closing door to protect workers from high-temperature radiant heat on the back of the door panel
・Low thermal conductivity insulation material that achieves high energy efficiency
・Hard silicon carbide hearth
・Products with a 1,200°C range are equipped with extra-thick spiral heating elements on the top and bottom.
・1,400℃ range products use high quality silicon carbide heaters.
- When the door opens, the safety switch activates and turns off the heater.
■Options
・Airflow or electrically controlled doors
・We can provide special containers made of Inconel that create a gas atmosphere environment such as inert gas under conditions of 1,000℃ or less.
・Remote control module
