About This Product
Jaw crusher BB600 is designed to process large specimens up to 350x170mm. Gap width can be set steplessly from 6 to 60 mm. Depending on the sample, particle sizes up to 6 mm can be obtained in a single run, with a processing capacity of up to 3,500 kg/h.
Lecce's jaw crusher series is available in 8 different sizes. The grinding capacity and final degree of grinding are determined by the type of grinder, the selected gap width, and the grinding characteristics of the specimen. Recce jaw crushers are characterized by their robust design, easy operation and cleaning. Small amounts of samples are processed in batches, and large amounts of samples are processed in continuous operation.

■Attention to detail
The B600 achieves throughputs of up to 3,500 kg per hour. For batch processing, the jaw crusher is equipped with a 30 liter collection container. In addition, the BB600 is equipped with features that make working with the BB600 convenient and safe, such as a feed hopper with an overload prevention device and a splashback prevention device. The breaking jaws of BB600 are 400x600mm and the materials are as follows.

■Process line version
The BB600 has a low installation height of 1m, making it ideal for continuous operation in automated equipment and sampling stations. The BB600's compact design allows it to replace existing jaw crushers.
