About This Product
Jaw crusher BB500 can accept large samples up to 110mm. Gap width can be set steplessly from 0 to 11mm. Depending on the sample, particle sizes up to 0.5 mm can be obtained in one run. The BB500 is capable of processing capacities of up to 500 kg/h.
Lecce's jaw crusher series is available in 8 different sizes. The grinding capacity and final degree of grinding are determined by the type of grinder, the selected gap width, and the grinding characteristics of the specimen. Recce jaw crushers are characterized by their robust design, easy operation and cleaning. Small amounts of samples are processed in batches, and large amounts of samples are processed in continuous operation.

■Attention to detail
The BB500 is a robust and powerful pressure crusher featuring an excellent crushing ratio. Due to the steeply sloped grinding chamber and effective grinding movement, it is possible to process samples up to 110 mm down to less than 0.5 mm with d90 in one run. In addition, the continuous gap width setting function enables optimal pulverization according to the set gap width.
The sample receiver can collect up to 15 liters of sample per batch. The anti-bounce hopper is quick and easy to remove. The BB500 has a connection for dust evacuation and is protected against mechanical overloads. The hopper is removable and the grinding jaws and side walls can be replaced, making cleaning the grinding chamber quick and easy.
■Process line version
The BB500 is also available in a version suitable for continuous grinding in online operation, for example for quality control in production processes. This type does not have a hopper and motor protection switch. The voltage of the three-phase AC motor is selected according to customer requirements.
