About This Product
Jaw crusher BB400 can crush large samples up to 220x90mm. The gap width can be set steplessly from 0 to 30 mm, and depending on the sample, particle sizes up to 2 mm can be obtained. The BB400 is capable of processing capacities of up to 400 kg/h.
Lecce's jaw crusher series is available in 8 different sizes. The grinding capacity and final degree of grinding are determined by the type of grinder, the selected gap width, and the grinding characteristics of the specimen. Recce jaw crushers are characterized by their robust design, easy operation and cleaning. Small amounts of samples are processed in batches, and large amounts of samples are processed in continuous operation.

■Attention to detail
The BB400 can be used in batch mode for sample volumes up to 10 liters, and in continuous mode for larger sample volumes. This jaw crusher has a modular housing and frame, making it suitable for a variety of applications.
The front door provides direct access to the grinding chamber, which is ergonomically located at an easy-to-clean height. The anti-splashback feed hopper is quick and easy to remove. The BB400 has a connection for dust evacuation and is protected against mechanical overloads. The wear of the crushing claws is displayed on a scale, letting you know when it is time to replace them.
The material of the grinding chamber can be selected from five types, and the sample can be prepared to be neutral. The technical and safety features of this jaw crusher make it ideal for laboratory sample preparation and small-scale production.
