About This Product
Jaw crusher BB300 is specially designed for crushing large specimens up to 130mm. Gap width can be set steplessly from 1-40mm. Depending on the sample, particle sizes up to 5mm can be obtained and throughputs of up to 600kg/h are possible.
Lecce's jaw crusher series is available in 8 different sizes. The grinding capacity and final degree of grinding are determined by the type of grinder, the selected gap width, and the grinding characteristics of the specimen. Recce jaw crushers are characterized by their robust design, easy operation and cleaning. Small amounts of samples are processed in batches, and large amounts of samples are processed in continuous operation.

■Attention to detail
The BB300 jaw crusher features a robust design and easy operation and cleaning. It can be used in batch mode for samples up to 35L, and in continuous mode for larger samples. The crushed sample is collected in a removable receiver. For processing large quantities of samples or for continuous grinding, the receiver can be replaced by a customer-specific solution such as a belt conveyor.
A Belleville spring washer integrated into the spindle adjustment provides additional overload protection. The eccentric spindle that moves the grinding arm is driven by a robust brake motor via a V-belt. The largest belt pulley also acts as a flywheel, ensuring uniform and smooth movement.
■Wear compensation by zero point adjustment
Depending on the material and throughput, the grinding jaws will wear out over time. This means that the distance between the crushing jaws and the crushing gap widens over time. This wear must be compensated for to obtain reproducible fracture results. Retsch jaw crushers can be continuously adjusted to compensate for wear on the crushing jaws.
The Recce jaw crusher works by slowly changing the gap width setting while the motor is running until you hear the crushing jaws making contact. By adjusting the zero point in this way, it is possible to adjust the widening of the gap width due to wear.
