About This Product
VARIJECTOR is an adjustable annular gap ejector with free straight passage, suitable for all types of propellants and suction gases. The propellant gas is discharged through an external annular gap into a mixing tube diagonally inward to the flow direction and entrains the medium that is sucked in upstream of the mixing tube.
VARIJECTOR has passage diameters ranging from φ5 to 50 mm and achieves a maximum vacuum level of -10 to -70 kPa. For example, blowing bulk materials or gases, mixing gases, treating yarn, drying wires and tubes, generally producing blast air and amplifying or multiplying it with air drawn in (e.g. fanning, cooling, process suitable for technical applications).
Varijector jet pumps are operated with propellant gas between 0 and 6 MPa. This pressure sets the suction power, mixing ratio, and maximum vacuum. Furthermore, the annular gap of the Varijector jet pump can be freely adjusted with a screw (except for the HT version). Therefore, the degree of vacuum, air consumption and mixing ratio can be adjusted over a wide range.
VOLKMANN Varijector is available in a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, high temperature steel, PE and PP. Upon request, we can also manufacture individual designs with special diameters and materials.
