About This Product

■Product description The MRVA and MRVAC series multi-ejectors are round three-stage ejectors made of stainless steel. This type of multi-ejector has an extremely compact design, yet achieves a suction force up to 4.5 times that of the compressed air used and a vacuum level of up to -90kPa. The MRVA vacuum generator is constructed from high-quality, resistant materials (stainless steel 1.4301 and Viton standard, options: 1.4404, 1.4435, 1.4571, Teflon seals), making it ideal for use when the medium being vacuumed is aggressive or in harsh environmental conditions. is ideal for the intended use. Additionally, the Multijector MRVAC is the first multi-stage ejector pump compatible with CIP, allowing the vacuum side to be completely cleaned from the inside during installation. The cleaning liquid comes out to the exhaust side (installation position: exhaust side down). In this system, an additional nozzle is placed between the primary and secondary nozzles. The suction air of each venturi stage and the compressed air of the first nozzle act as a gas jet for the next stage without consuming air. These additional venturi stages do not reach the high vacuum of the first stage, but the larger jet chamber creates even higher suction volumes. For the vacuum pump to reach the high vacuum of the first venturi stage, the flap valve must close automatically to maintain the pressure balance between the specific venturi stage and the collective vacuum chamber. VOLKMANN's multi-injector vacuum pumps achieve unique efficiency thanks to a special nozzle geometry and special aerodynamic design. While the transmission ratio of a typical single-stage ejector is 1 to 0.7, VOLKMANN's latest multi-injector can achieve a transmission ratio of up to 1:6, saving air.
