About This Product
■Suitable for cutting and engraving large materials
Equipped with a laser power of 80W and a wide processing area of approximately 1m in width, it can handle a wide range of tasks from detailed engraving to cutting large materials.
■Can cut up to approximately 10mm thickness
It is possible to cut thick materials such as acrylic and MDF up to approximately 10mm thick. *It varies depending on the composition, density, and hardness of the material.
■Multiple engravings and cutting processes can be done at the same time.
The processing area is wide at 950 mm wide x 650 mm deep, so multiple processes can be processed at once. If you are concerned about ``I want to quickly produce prototypes'' or ``I want to save time and effort,'' you can improve your work efficiency.
■Removable processing bed that can engrave and cut tall materials
Even if the material is too large to fit inside the processing machine, the LC950 has a removable processing bed, so it is possible to process the material while it is placed under the machine using a lift.
■Self-maintenance that contributes to stable operation and quality maintenance
Maintenance such as parts replacement and cleaning can be carried out by the customer himself/herself. Therefore, in the event of a problem, recovery is quick and the planned replacement of consumables helps maintain quality. Standard warranties start from one year, and within the warranty period, we can replace any defective parts, excluding consumables.
■Simple product design significantly reduces installation costs
While not compromising on processing quality in product design, we have kept the price down to approximately 1 million yen by eliminating unnecessary additional functions and excessive decorations, such as automatic lifting and lowering of the processing bed and built-in camera. For this reason, we have achieved a balance between price and functionality that is much easier to install than other companies' equipment that has the same laser power but costs several million yen or more.
