About This Product
■High-speed welding with less burning and distortion possible
Arc welding and TIG welding use the heat generated by a plasma arc to perform welding. Fiber laser welding machines, on the other hand, generate heat using focused "light." Since this light is a very small point, the area affected by the heat is very narrow, making it possible to suppress burns and distortion during welding (the base material is also less likely to heat up). You can perform cleaner welds more easily than with conventional welding machines.
■Can weld iron, stainless steel, and aluminum
For iron, aluminum, and stainless steel, SLW700 can handle up to 1.5mm in thickness, SLW1500 can handle up to 3mm, and SLW2000 can handle up to 4.5mm. Even thin materials can be welded without difficulty. It also supports welding of different materials.
■Various functions to help you with your work
Various functions make welding easier and safer, including a function that displays the laser irradiation point with a laser pointer and a "swing function" that allows welding even if there are some gaps in the base material. It is equipped with.
■Cutting and rust removal possible
In addition to welding functions, it also has functions for cutting, removing rust, and removing burns after welding. This is a 4in1 multifunctional welding machine.
■SLW series functions
● Swing function
In addition to normal laser irradiation, it has a swing function that moves the laser irradiation point left and right at high speed. This function allows you to adjust the bead width and weld even if there is a slight gap (up to a gap of 1mm when using wire). The swing width can be set in the range of 0-5mm.
● Welding output settings
Laser output can be set in detail, allowing for more precise welding to match the material. Since parameters including output can be saved, it is possible to create individual settings tailored to the material and operator.
● Feeder device
We have prepared a feeder device to supply wire. The wire feeding speed can also be set freely, making overlay welding (fillet welding) possible. Compatible with wire diameters of 0.6/0.8/0.9/1.0/1.2/1.6mm (equipped as standard on SLW1500/2000; optional on SLW700).
