■Mechanism of laser cleaning
Laser cleaning is a method that uses a phenomenon (=laser ablation*) in which when a solid element is irradiated with laser light, the constituent substances on the surface of the material are released explosively along with the generation of plasma.
*Application is a phenomenon in which the surface of a material decomposes due to evaporation. Cooling is achieved by the latent heat of vaporization when the material vaporizes.
