About This Product
This equipment is a vertical electric furnace for hardening molds and tools. Since it is a gas atmosphere, semi-automatic type, it is easy to operate so that anyone can perform the necessary heat treatment.
There are two types: one for air-cooled steel and one for oil-cooled steel. Air-cooled steel consists of a heating furnace and furnace stand, while oil-cooled steel consists of a heating furnace and an oil tank. In addition, you can select models for light and heavy objects, small quantities and large quantities.

N2 gas is introduced into the heating chamber and heated in that atmosphere. Reduces oxidation, rough skin, and decarburization of the workpiece.

Vertical movement to the heating chamber and injection into the oil tank are performed using an air cylinder drive. Workers do not come into contact with heat, and heavy objects can be hardened easily.
■Reduction of quenching distortion (vertical quenching)
Because it uses a program controller, automatic preheating and slow heating are possible. At the same time, the structure allows for uniform heating, uniform cooling, and vertical hardening, allowing for uniform hardening without distortion.
The quenching oil tank is equipped with an elevator mechanism, stirring motor, fan, and water cooling pipe.

It has a simple structure and is easy to operate, making it ideal for first-time in-house heat treatment or switching from atmospheric heat treatment.
