About This Product
The Vortex wind speed measuring system VA40...ZG4 provides measured values of wind speed (flow velocity) and flow rate as an analog output using an integrated transducer.

■Measurement principle
It applies the Karman vortex principle. The flow velocity is determined by counting the vortices generated by the ultrasonic sensor.
■Design
The sensor is integrated with the converter box AS80.
■Measurement gas
Single or mixed gases such as air, nitrogen, oxygen, methane, natural gas, ammonia, argon, carbon monoxide, heated steam, biogas, exhaust gas, etc.

Air, exhaust air, sludge activated air, engine intake air, natural gas, exhaust gas, process, biogas, transport engine exhaust gas, flare gas
■Effects of humidity, condensation and dust
Over a long period of time, sensor wear, adhesion, and accumulation due to dust (fibers and dust) will not affect measurements. It is possible to measure in environments with high humidity or condensation, and even in gases containing water vapor.
