About This Product
It's like a deformed combined robot, and can quickly accommodate 4 types of mold base thickness. For M16 bolts (medium size) (bolts sold separately).
■Features
- "Quick change with one touch" to 4 types of commercially available mold base thickness.
・The body can be installed/removed by simply turning the bolt half a turn to one turn.
・The clamping washer always faces up and down when attaching and detaching the mold to the horizontal molding machine. The body can be easily inserted and removed from the side.
- If there is little room for the die plate, it can be installed by shifting the block.
・Because the block has a wide ground contact area, it will not damage the die plate or bolt holes. This is especially effective when using insulation boards.
・The body and block are always in close contact with each other with links and springs, making it easy to attach and detach the mold. No parts are lost.
- Bolts are tightened vertically, so they do not damage the threads of the die plate.
